Last Tuesday, SEGLER welcomed a group of 15 students from the Sonnenberg high school in Berge. Managing director Thomas Neteler and production manager Torsten von der Heyde warmly welcomed the curious visitors. The focus was on insights into the various apprenticeships offered by our company.

Head of design Simon Landwehr informed the students about the training to become a technical product designer. Master craftsman Chris Bekermann presented the training occupations of precision mechanic and metalworker.
The company tour was carried out in two groups in order to be able to better address the students. During the tour, our employees explained the aspects and work of the various apprenticeships in a practical way. At the end of the visit, there was a question and answer session in which the students and the SEGLER team were able to talk directly to one another. The students showed great interest and gave positive feedback.

SEGLER-Förderanlagen places great value on the exchange with young people and is always ready to support aspiring talents on their path. We look forward to continuing to talk to interested parties in the future and to introducing them to the diversity of the professional world.
