On February 8, 2025, we welcomed the Lower Saxony Minister for Economic Affairs, Transport, Construction and Digitization, Olaf Lies, to SEGLER. An important visit that enabled exciting discussions and valuable insights.
The minister was received by our managing director Thomas Neteler, the mayor of the municipality Berge, Dimitri Gappel, and the mayor of the joint municipality Matthias Wübbel. After a short tour of our company, there was an official welcome for everyone present - including our employees, representatives of the press, local politicians and entrepreneurs.
In his speech, Thomas Neteler emphasized the political neutrality of SEGLER as an innovative employer in the region. Minister Olaf Lies then answered the guests' questions in an open question and answer session. The discussions were lively, constructive and reflected the current challenges that affect companies and politics alike.
The evening concluded with a convivial get-together with refreshing drinks and culinary snacks.
