The new SEGLER-JAVis have been in office since December 20, 2019. They have now presented their program and themselves to the management.
The new representatives are from left to right
André Gerliz (2nd Chairman) is 20 years old and a third-year apprentice as a precision mechanic specializing in machining technology.
Sina Schüttemeyer (1st chairwoman) is 22 years old and a trainee in the 3rd year of her apprenticeship as a technical product designer in the direction of machine and plant construction.
Marc Niegengerd (deputy) is 19 years old and has been a trained precision mechanic since the end of January 2020.
They have big plans for this year:
• Work in partnership with management
• Plan and carry out trainee trips
• Be an open contact for trainees and bachelors
• Actively support the SEGLER tree planting campaign together with the Catholic Women’s Association Berge
• Further improve training conditions
• Help to design the outdoor facilities in a nature-friendly way (apprentice project climate workshop/ Dr. Reckhaus)
• Regularly inform about activities
