The SEGLER company successfully celebrates the first construction phase of the new production hall 5 with a topping-out ceremony.
Construction work has been in full swing since August. After the old Hall 5 was demolished, the shell of the new hall is now standing in its place. First, an elaborate foundation was laid. This contains ventilation and cable shafts that will be used for a blasting system and open-air painting.
To celebrate the completion of the first construction steps, the management invited everyone to a topping-out ceremony. The staff and the neighbors turned up in large numbers and each brought a topping-out crown to the ceremony. In keeping with old traditions, the two topping-out crowns were hung under the supervision of the carpenters. Everyone then rounded off the evening in a convivial atmosphere with food and drinks.
The SEGLER company is looking positively towards the coming construction phases and is looking forward to moving into the new hall next year.
