Everyone met early in the morning in Osnabr\u00fcck at the centrumed athletics. Then it started straight away. The program consisted of a tight plan and was aimed at improving<br \/>\n\u2022 mobility through intensive stretching exercises<br \/>\n\u2022 stability through challenging balance exercises<br \/>\n\u2022 strength by lifting heavy weights<br \/>\n\u2022 coordination \u2013 remembering sequences of movements and reproducing them correctly, speed was particularly important!<br \/>\n\u2022 Endurance<br \/>\nFinally, there was a brief discussion about optimal nutrition.<br \/>\nThe training was organized in cooperation with the Techniker Krankenkasse.
