On Tuesday and Wednesday, the SEGLER trainees had a full day of fitness on their agenda. Everyone met early in the morning in Osnabr\u00fcck at the centrumed athletics. Then it started straight away. The program consisted of a tight plan and was aimed at improving

\n\u2022 stability through challenging balance exercises
\n\u2022 strength by lifting heavy weights
\n\u2022 coordination \u2013 remembering sequences of movements and reproducing them correctly, speed was particularly important!
