In the machining area, two new machines were purchased for training purposes in July.<\/p>\n
Training machines are of great importance to the SEGLER company because they give trainees a place to practice and try things out and it was therefore important to replace the two damaged machines.
\nFirstly, a new lathe was needed after the previous machine had been damaged during transport for repairs. The new machine chosen was a 'Weiler Praktikum'. This is also used at the vocational schools, which means that optimal training conditions can be created.<\/p>\n
Secondly, the relatively new milling machine had to be replaced because it was damaged during a training exercise. The new machine chosen was a 'Deckel FP3', a German make. Despite its older model year, it is characterized by good quality.<\/p>\n
