We are pleased to announce another milestone on our path to a sustainable future: The plans for our own charging park for electric vehicles are entering the final phase. Our aim is to provide e-car drivers with a modern, fast and, above all, environmentally friendly charging infrastructure: powered 100% by our own green photovoltaic electricity.
This step is the logical extension of our commitment to electromobility. In addition to the 13 existing 11 kW charging stations for our employees we are now making our self-generated electricity accessible to everyone with this new public charging park.
With the charging park, we would like to offer the population in the Within a radius of 5 km around Berge an attractive charging option. We are thinking primarily of those who are unable to install their own charging station at home and are thus creating an alternative.
Powerful, sustainable and fair
Our new charging park will be equipped with two state-of-the-art 200 kW chargers that can supply up to four vehicles with clean PV electricity at the same time. This guarantees short charging times and high availability, thanks to our 3kWp PV system and our battery system.
To make the switch to e-mobility even more attractive, we are starting our test phase with a particularly fair offer: charging is only 25 cents per kilowatt hour cost.
Comfort during the charging process
We want you to feel at home with us. That's why our charging park will be more than just a charging station. While your vehicle is charging, you can take advantage of useful services such as:
- a powerful vacuum cleaner
- a station for checking the tire pressure
- a snack machine for a little refreshment
Test phase at the beginning of 2026 - Join in and help shape it!
To ensure the highest quality and user-friendliness right from the start, we will Beginning of next year (2026) are launching a comprehensive test phase for our charging park. For this important phase, we are looking for interested drivers of electric vehicles who would like to be the first to use our new charging stations and share their experiences with us. Your feedback is crucial to creating an optimal charging experience for all future users.
