Even though Christmas is already a while ago, we would like to take this opportunity to look back on our end-of-year fundraising campaign for 2024. Last December, we as a company deliberately refrained from sending Christmas gifts to customers or business partners. Instead, we decided to donate a total of 3,000 € to support two local institutions in our region – each 1,500 € went to:

The children of the Leuchtturm daycare center were very excited about a new Book corner We were delighted to receive the book, which was purchased thanks to our donation. A cozy retreat for reading aloud, browsing, and exploring—just the thing to stimulate the imagination of little ones. “Once again, thank you very much and best regards”, the team at the lighthouse told us – we were very pleased with this feedback.

The dandelion was also part of our fundraising campaign. During a visit, our operations manager Torsten von der Heyde was able to gain a brief insight into everyday life at the daycare center – and we took a lovely photo with the children that we'll always remember fondly.
We at SEGLER want to set an example with our support – for solidarity, responsibility, and shaping the future in the region. The work in daycare centers lays important foundations for children's development, and we are pleased to be able to make a small contribution to this.
