August 1 is a fixed date in our calendar that stands for the future, fresh ideas and new energy. We were delighted to continue this tradition in 2021 and welcome six new, motivated trainees to SEGLER-Förderanlagen Maschinenfabrik GmbH. This day marked the start of a new, exciting chapter in their lives, and we had the valuable task of supporting them.

A strong class with technical and commercial expertise
The 2021 training year is characterized by an excellent mix of technical know-how and commercial organization. This combination is crucial to the success of our company, because innovative machines not only require precise production, but also perfect administrative processing in the background.
- Four trainees start their career as precision mechanic. They form the technical heart of our production and will learn over the coming years how to manufacture the complex mechanical components of our conveyor systems with the utmost precision.
- A trainee becomes a Technical product designer trained. At the interface between idea and reality, he will create the detailed 3D models and technical drawings on the computer that serve as the basis for our production.
- A trainee begins her apprenticeship as Businesswoman for office management. She becomes the organizational hub of the company and learns how to coordinate projects, communicate with customers and keep commercial processes running smoothly.
We are proud that we were once again able to fill so many apprenticeships in various future-proof professions this year. This underlines our commitment to offering young people from the region sound training and long-term prospects.
