A double anniversary was celebrated at SEGLER on January 26, 2024: Hermann Ricke and Ralf Adling, two deserving and long-standing employees, were bid farewell to their official retirement. This special occasion provided the perfect opportunity to pause and look back together on decades of successful work and collegial solidarity.

Managing Director Thomas Neteler found words of recognition and thanks on behalf of the entire company management. He not only acknowledged the impressive length of service, but above all emphasized the reliability, commitment and loyalty with which both gentlemen have played a decisive role in the development of SEGLER.

Appreciative words also came from the direct working environment. Production manager Torsten von der Heyde and foreman Stefan Schillingmann emphasized the immense technical expertise and wealth of experience that Hermann Ricke and Ralf Adling brought to production on a daily basis and passed on to younger colleagues. Martin Brinkmann, representing the works council, conveyed the thanks of the entire workforce and emphasized the importance of the two as valued colleagues and pillars of the team.

What is special about this farewell, however, is that it does not mark a final farewell. It is a strong sign of the deep bond and mutual respect that both Hermann Ricke and Ralf Adling will continue to be available to the company with their invaluable knowledge.

The entire SEGLER team would like to express its heartfelt thanks to both of them for their tireless commitment and excellent cooperation. We wish them all the best for the new phase of their lives, good health and time for personal projects. At the same time, we look forward with great joy and gratitude to continuing our collaboration in a new, flexible form.
