We are delighted that we were able to accompany Iven on his path to becoming a specialist. Precisely because we had an exclusive focus on one graduate in this year group, the strength of our individual support is evident here: Iven has acquired in-depth technical understanding and manual skills and is now ideally equipped for the demanding tasks in our production department.

Those responsible did not miss out on this important milestone. Alexander Nowack (responsible for the trainees), Operations Manager Torsten von der Heyde and managing director Thomas Neteler congratulated the newly qualified precision mechanic in person.
