Our screw flights and spirals are designed for a wide range of requirements – from new production and replacement to the repair and optimization of existing systems.
As an experienced manufacturer, we place particular emphasis on precise calculations and the customized design of your screw conveyors. We manufacture screw blades from a wide range of high-quality materials, including stainless steels such as Duplex 1.4462, Superduplex 1.4410, 1.4539, 1.4547 (Alloy 254 SMO), as well as heat-resistant steels such as 1.4828, 1.4841, and 1.4845. Wear-resistant materials such as Brinar, Hardox, XAR, Raex, or Creusabro are also used depending on requirements. For heat-resistant applications, we process materials such as boiler plate P 265 GH (H II) or 1.5415 = 16 Mo 3.
Our screw flights can be provided with improved surfaces – finely ground and polished with average roughness values up to Ra 0.4 µm, documented by measurement reports and photographic documentation. We also create hardfacing through overlay welding, sandpaper- and heat-resistant with tungsten carbide additives up to 70 HRC. Special shapes such as sawtooth perimeters, recesses, or self-cleaning scrapers are possible. We also supply food-safe and pharmaceutical-compliant versions, certified particle-free.
We manufacture all screw flights, spirals, and conveyor screws in-house according to the latest standards, with tolerances in accordance with ISO 2768-1 m and DIN 15261 Part 2. Unit weights of up to 12 tons and wall thicknesses of up to 60 mm are possible. Thanks to our precise calculations and many years of experience as a manufacturer, we guarantee the highest quality "Made in Germany."
