Every year, August 1 marks a special milestone in our company: It is the day on which we welcome the next generation of skilled workers into our midst. We are delighted that four new, motivated faces are once again joining SEGLER-Förderanlagen Maschinenfabrik GmbH this year and starting their careers with us.

Diversity of talent: Our new specialists of tomorrow
We are particularly proud of the variety of professional fields that our new trainees have chosen. They perfectly reflect the broad range of skills required to build our state-of-the-art facilities:
- 👨🏼🏭 Two trainees start as Metal worker. You will lay the foundations of our work, learn how to weld and form solid structures from raw steel and thus create the robust frameworks for our conveyor systems.
- 👩🏼🔧 A trainee begins her career as a precision mechanic. Their world will be one of precision, where every micrometer counts. It will manufacture the high-precision mechanical components that form the heart of our machines.
- 👩🏼💻 A trainee starts her apprenticeship as a Technical product designer on. Using state-of-the-art CAD software, she will design the ideas and concepts of tomorrow on the computer and create the detailed construction plans that her colleagues in production will work to.
With the 2023 training year, we are continuing on our path of offering young people sound and practical training. We promise you an exciting apprenticeship in which you will learn from experienced colleagues, be involved in real projects right from the start and develop both personally and professionally.
